Our sampling costs are structured as follows: $70 USD per sample for standard PU or Recycled materials, and $140 USD per sample for premium Plant-Based Vegan Leather options like apple, cactus, or pineapple leather. Please note that hardware mold fees are calculated separately and are non-refundable, as these create permanent tools for your specific design. However, sample fees may be negotiable for refund or credit if your bulk order meets our minimum order quantity requirements. Lead time for samples is approximately 14 days after we confirm all design details and receive your deposit.
