Yes. A single custom bag style can be split into multiple colors. We review the proposed color breakdown after the design, materials and total order quantity are confirmed, because some custom colors, fabrics and components have their own minimum requirements.

We can review the material against the desired hand feel, durability, design direction and target price for your custom manufactured bags.

Yes. Our custom bag manufacturing service can include custom hardware such as logo zipper pulls, lining material selection, logo hot stamping or embossing, woven or printed labels, dust bags and packaging boxes.

Yes. Our in-house pattern makers and product engineers can develop original custom bag design from a reference image, hand sketch or product idea. We can also work from an existing Tech Pack and support the transition from structure development to approved sample and bulk production.

A custom logo hardware mold, such as a zipper pull, is usually a one-time charge of approximately $80–200 USD. The exact cost depends on the logo size and process complexity, and the mold can be reused for later production.

It can be discussed by project. In many cases, the sample fee can be credited against the first bulk order after the production order is confirmed. The exact arrangement is stated in the order confirmation.

Standard sample development takes approximately 14 days, counted from confirmation of the design, materials and sample deposit. Complex construction, custom hardware or special materials may require additional review time.

Yes. If you need lining or fabric reports covering GSM, denier or abrasion performance, we can coordinate the testing. The reference testing fee is $300 USD.

After the sample is approved and the production deposit is received, standard bulk production takes approximately 45 days. The final schedule can vary with material availability, order quantity, custom hardware and packaging requirements.

FOB pricing is typically $5–15 USD per piece. The final price depends on the design complexity, material, hardware, packaging and order quantity. For a 500 pcs per style order, we provide a formal quotation after the sample direction is confirmed.

Our standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T to start production and 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading (B/L).

Where confidentiality allows, we can share selected previous brand projects and similar product-development experience. For private label, OEM or ODM work, the examples we share are limited by the applicable NDA and client permissions.
