MOQ & Color Options
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style. For first-time customers testing a new collection, we can discuss a smaller trial order of 300 pieces per style, subject to the design and material requirements.
Can I split one style into different colors?
Yes. A style may be split into multiple colors, such as two colorways, by agreement. We review the total order quantity, design and selected materials before confirming the quantity for each color.
Materials & Product Development
Which materials can I choose for my bags?
- Premium PU leather: Our recommended option for many collections, combining competitive cost with leather-like textures.
- Recycled PU: Often close to standard PU in cost and suitable for projects seeking recycled-material options.
- Plant-based vegan leather: An option for premium material directions. Sample costs are typically around twice those of PU, depending on the selected material.
- Microfiber and bio-based leather alternatives: Options for projects with specific hand-feel and durability requirements.
- Genuine leather: A premium option, typically with the highest cost among these material choices.
Can you customize hardware, lining, logos and packaging?
Yes. We support custom hardware, lining materials, embossed or debossed logos, foil stamping, zipper pulls, dust bags and packaging boxes. Custom metal details, including branded zipper pulls, can be developed with dedicated molds.
Can you develop an original bag from my idea?
Yes. Our in-house pattern makers and product engineers can develop patterns and bag construction from your design drawings, reference images or hand-drawn sketches. We can also manufacture from your existing tech pack.
Sampling, Fees & Testing
How much does a custom sample cost?
Use the following sample fees as a starting point for planning your project:
| Sample Type | Fee (USD) |
|---|---|
| PU leather bag | $70 / piece |
| Microfiber / bio-based leather alternative bag | $140 / piece |
| Genuine leather bag | $200 / piece |
| Dust bag | $45 |
| Packaging box | $75 |
We confirm the final sample quotation after reviewing your design, materials and packaging requirements.
How much does a custom hardware mold cost?
Custom logo hardware, such as branded zipper pulls, generally requires a one-time mold fee of $80–200 USD. The exact fee depends on the logo size and manufacturing complexity. The mold can be reused for subsequent production.
Can the sample fee be credited toward a bulk order?
A sample-fee credit can be discussed for your project. It can usually be applied to the first bulk order after the order is confirmed, subject to the terms agreed in your order confirmation.
How long does sample development take?
Standard sample development takes approximately 14 days, starting after the design and materials are confirmed and the sample deposit is received.
Can you provide lining fabric test reports?
Yes. We can arrange reports covering lining fabric specifications or performance, such as GSM, denier and abrasion resistance. The testing fee is $300 USD. Please confirm the required tests with us when preparing your project brief.
Bulk Production & Payment
What is your bulk production lead time?
Bulk production typically takes approximately 45 days after the sample is approved and the production deposit is received.
What is the typical price range for bulk orders?
Indicative FOB prices are typically $5–15 USD per piece, depending on the design complexity, selected materials and order quantity. This is a planning range; your final price is project-specific.
For an order starting at 500 pieces, we provide a formal quotation once the sample specifications are finalized.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T bank transfer to start production, followed by the 70% balance against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
Quality & Compliance
Which certifications and audit credentials do you hold?
Our manufacturing credentials include:
- SMETA / Sedex: Social compliance assessment and related reporting.
- GRS: Certification credentials for recycled-material programs.
- Disney FAMA: Disney facility authorization.
- ISO 9001: Quality management system.
- ISO 14001: Environmental management system.
- ISO 45001: Occupational health and safety management system.
Relevant certification documents, audit reports and assessment details can be shared during supplier qualification discussions.
Do you accept third-party quality inspections?
Yes. We support pre-shipment inspections by your nominated third-party quality inspection agency.
Can you sign an NDA or manufacturing agreement?
Yes. We are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before detailed technical information is shared, and a manufacturing agreement before production, to protect both parties' interests.
Factory Visits & Project References
Can you share factory and production-line photos or videos?
Yes. We can provide photos and videos of our factory to show the production facilities, manufacturing environment and production lines.
Can we arrange a video call or live factory tour?
Yes. We can arrange an online video meeting or live virtual factory tour so your team can review the production environment remotely.
Can you share previous brand projects or similar product examples?
We can share selected past projects and relevant product-development experience where confidentiality agreements permit. Tell us the bag style and construction you are considering so we can identify suitable references.
Starting Your Sampling Project
What information do you need to start sampling?
Please share the following information:
- Brand logo: An AI vector file or high-resolution PNG.
- Design references: Product reference images or hand-drawn sketches.
- Design specifications: Dimensions, construction details and pocket layout.
- Material and hardware preferences: Include these if already decided.
- Packaging requirements: Let us know whether you need a dust bag or packaging box, as these affect sample costs. See the sample fee table above. If you have not decided, ask for our standard packaging recommendations.
After reviewing your brief and confirming the design and materials, we provide a formal sample quotation and development timeline.
If your artwork is in AI format, export a PDF for the inquiry form upload and let us know that the original vector file is available.
