Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs per style. For a first cooperation or a smaller market-test order, we can discuss 300 pcs per style depending on the design, material, color, hardware and other component requirements.

Yes. A single custom tote bag style can be split into multiple colors, such as two colorways. The final breakdown is reviewed after the design, materials and total order quantity are confirmed.

Material selection can be matched to the desired hand feel, durability, design direction and target price. Available options include:

• Premium PU vegan leather: recommended for its strong value, leather-like grain and broad project suitability.
• Recycled or eco PU: similar in cost to standard PU and useful when a sustainability story is required.
• Plant-based vegan leather: a more premium alternative; sample cost is approximately twice that of PU.
• Microfiber or bio-based leather: suitable when a higher level of hand feel and durability is required.
• Genuine leather: a premium option with the highest material cost.

Yes. We support custom hardware such as zipper-pull molds, lining material selection, hot stamping or embossing, custom dust bags and packaging boxes. These details can be developed as part of an OEM or private label tote bag project.

Yes. Our in-house pattern makers and product engineers can start from a design file, reference image or hand sketch for original pattern and structure development. We can also work from an existing tech pack for OEM/ODM production.

Typical sample fees are listed below. The final quotation is confirmed after the design, material, structure and finishing details are reviewed.

Custom logo hardware, such as a zipper pull, normally requires a one-time mold fee of approximately $80–200 USD. The final cost depends on the logo size and process complexity, and the mold can be reused for later production.

This can be discussed according to the project. In many cases, the sample fee may be deducted from the first bulk order payment after the production order is confirmed. The agreed terms will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Standard sample development takes approximately 14 days, counted from confirmation of the design, materials and sample deposit. Special materials or custom hardware may require additional development time.

Yes. If required, we can arrange GSM, denier or abrasion testing reports for lining or other selected materials. The testing fee is $300 USD.

After sample approval and receipt of the production deposit, the standard bulk production period is approximately 45 days, subject to the final specifications and order schedule.

FOB pricing is typically around $5–15 USD per piece. The final price depends on design complexity, material selection, hardware, finishing and order quantity. For a 500-piece MOQ, we provide a formal quotation after the sample is finalized.

Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit by T/T to start production and 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading (B/L).

Yes. We support customer-appointed third-party QC companies to inspect the custom tote bags before shipment.

Yes. We are willing to sign an NDA and manufacturing agreement before detailed technical information is shared or formal production begins, helping protect both parties’ interests.

Yes. We can provide real factory photos and videos to show the production facilities, manufacturing areas and production lines supporting custom tote bag orders.

Yes. We can arrange an online video meeting or live factory tour so buyers can review the production environment remotely and discuss their tote bag project with our team.

Within the limits of existing confidentiality agreements, we can share selected cooperation examples and similar product development experience.

• Product reference images or a hand-drawn design sketch.
• Design notes covering dimensions, structure and pocket layout.
• Material and hardware preferences, if available.
